Adult Education Progress Coach - Additional Learning Support

  • Salary: £25,411 per annum
  • Hours: 37 hours per week

We are currently seeking a Progress Coach specializing in adult learners requiring additional learning support. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a group of learners, providing them with the necessary assistance to overcome obstacles and enhance their skills, knowledge, and behaviors.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience or knowledge of implementing reasonable adjustments and supporting adult learners, whether in a professional environment or an educational setting. Additionally, holding a recognized qualification (Level 3 or above) in additional support, youth work, mentoring, or a related field is essential. Candidates should also have, or be open to obtaining, a Level 3 qualification in teaching, mentoring, or coaching.
