Lancaster & Morecambe College are looking for a Progress Coach for adult learners with additional learning support needs. You will manage a caseload of learners, delivering effective additional support and reducing barriers in order for the learners to progress and develop their skills, knowledge and behaviours.
You should have experience or awareness of implementing reasonable adjustments and working with adult learners in either the workplace or an education environment. You should hold a recognised qualification (Level 3 or above) in additional support, youth work, mentoring or a related area. You should also hold, or be willing to achieve, a Level 3 qualification in teaching, mentoring or coaching.
