Dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheden van de Consumenten Service Medewerker

  • Je dag start met inloggen in het systeem, zodat je klaar bent voor de dag.
  • Je werk energiek en enthousiast als onderdeel van een goed presterend Consumenten Service Team
  • Je werkt in een snelle en doel gerichte omgeving, waarbij je op een beleefde en professionele manier op alle vragen reageert van de consument
  • Je hebt een pauze bestaande uit 30 minuten lunch en 2 x 15 minuten pauze, hierdoor heb je altijd tijd om bij te praten met vrienden of wat te eten in het centrum of misschien tegaan wandelen en uit te waaien.

 

Vaardigheden die je nodig hebt als Consumenten Service Mederwerker

Wij zoeken naar de volgende vaardigheden:

  • Goede mondelinge en schrijf vaardigheid met oog voor details
  • Mogelijkheid om samenwerkende consumenten relaties op te bouwen in een snel werkende omgeving.
  • Een goede instelling en goed in communiceren met heel veel verschillende mensen
  • Aan de telefoon proffensioneel en altijd vriendelijk
  • Ervaring in Consumenten Service
  • Ervaring met het werken van targets in een snel werkende omgeving met hoge standaarden.
  • Ervaring in het werken met een PC en je weg kennen met verschillende systemen
  • Een goed typ snelheid
  • Je pakt elke situatie aan met positiviteit, veerkracht en een toegewijde aanpak voor het leveren van uitstekende service.
