Role: Senior People & Culture Partner

Location: Central London – Covent Garden

Duration : 12-month Fixed Term Contract

Following substantial growth, we are seeking a skilled Senior People & Culture Partner, for 12 months to play a pivotal role in driving organizational and cultural alignment, within a portfolio business environment.

Role Overview

As a Senior People and Culture Partner, you will spearhead integration processes, ensuring a seamless transition and alignment of cultures, values, and processes for agencies within our London head office. This role will focus on navigating the complexities of people change and growth activities, while fostering employee engagement and facilitating organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate the internal growth and cultural change projects, evolving a positive working environment where everyone can work to their full potential
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cultural alignment and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to leadership on organizational development matters.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all HR-related issues.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of working in founder led SME entrepreneurial businesses
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience of TUPE regulations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management and organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a broader Central team of People professionals.
  • The ability to constructively challenge, through coaching and curiosity
  • Proven track record of working within the creative, marketing communications or advertising industry (desirable)
  • Must be immediately available (or within the next 30 days)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is desirable.
