My client are a global payment’s platform based in Central London. They are looking for a senior People Partner to join them and support their Commercial team across EMEA. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be an integral part of the company’s mission to make it easy to do business anywhere. You will collaborate with functional managers, providing proactive support to enhance decision-making, foster an excellent work environment, and contribute to the success of our global team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand the business thoroughly and support functional managers in making informed decisions.
- Establish yourself as a trusted partner within client groups, actively participating in key meetings and influencing functional decisions.
- Build strong relationships, influence, and coach individuals at all levels of the organisation.
- Engage in organisational design to improve departmental structure, processes, and workflows for enhanced team effectiveness.
- Utilise solid ER knowledge and understanding of employment legislation to advise managers and lead on ER cases.
- Analyse data to identify trends and recommend solutions for improving performance, retention, and engagement.
- Coach managers to develop leadership capabilities, foster high-performing teams, and unlock the potential of our talent.
- Collaborate with HR Shared Service Centre and Compensation & Benefits to elevate the People Team as an advanced, innovative, and strategic function.
- Champion diversity and inclusivity across all aspects of the employee journey, policies, and practices.
- Lead initiatives across the employee life cycle, including performance management, talent management, and annual promotions.
- Provide guidance on general People Team queries, policies, and processes to managers and employees.
- Organise employee engagement events, cultivating the company’s culture and values across functions and teams in the EMEA region.
- Enthusiastically promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of your role.

**Key skills/experience**:

- Proven experience in a fast-paced Business Partner role within a generalist capacity.
- Demonstrated success in leading and executing people-related projects.
- Comfortable working closely with senior leaders, with the ability to influence and challenge when needed.
- Commercially minded and curious to understand more.
- Passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience.
- Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset, always seeking ways to enhance processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building quick and effective relationships.
- EMEA HR experience with a strong understanding of employment law across the region; experience across APAC countries is advantageous.
- Experience within a FinTech is desirable
