Your role encompasses driving performance excellence, both financially and in terms of CQC compliance, while fostering alignment with Riverdale's overarching vision and values. Your responsibilities include facilitating seamless collaboration between support teams and practices, nurturing team engagement, and fostering a positive organizational culture.

Oversee full P&L accountability, strategically balancing revenue generation and cost management to achieve financial targets.
Formulate growth strategies and initiatives by leveraging data analysis to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities within each practice.
Promptly address performance gaps, implementing effective solutions to drive improvement.
Provide proactive leadership, training, and guidance to teams, addressing underperformance promptly and effectively.
Conduct regular performance assessments and support the professional development of practice managers.
Ensure thorough induction and probation management for practice support staff.
Maintain Health & Safety compliance and manage incidents with support from the compliance team.
Act as a CQC Registered secondary Manager for the area, striving for "Good" or above ratings for all practices.
Continuously improve quality indicators and CQC compliance across practices, conducting regular inspections and audits.
Address patient complaints promptly, implementing necessary changes and fostering a culture of learning.

Demonstrated experience in leading and developing remote teams, preferably in Dentistry or Healthcare.
Confidence in P&L management (training provided if needed).
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership.
Deep understanding of quality improvement and clinical governance principles.
Degree-level qualification or equivalent work experience.
Valid driver's license and flexibility for out-of-hours meetings
