As a Recruitment Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our branch. Your responsibilities will include: -Leading and motivating a team of recruiters to achieve individual and collective targets. -Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand our client base and enhance candidate sourcing efforts. -Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions. -Ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards within the branch. -Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for business growth.

What We're Looking For: -Proven experience in recruitment, with a track record of success in managing teams and achieving sales and service targets -Experience in coaching and guiding a sales team -A proven track record of generating new business -Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower others. -Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. -A proactive and results-driven attitude, with a passion for continuous improvement.
