Are you a successful Industrial bias Senior Recruitment Consultant with some management experience seeking a promotional move into a BM level role or perhaps a successful Manager who is fully aware of how to manage and motivate the team whilst lead by example.

Currently you will inherit a team of three and join other perm recruiter to create a vibrant, enjoyable and thriving workplace. You will be working for market-leading brand and reputation. Working hours are a flexi-40hr week Mon-Fri. 25 days holiday plus stats (rising to 30) plus your birthday.
