This is a UK based contract and as such, you are required to have the Right to Work in the UK. We will support this job holder in working towards a HR qualification such as CIPD Level 3 or a relevant apprenticeship.

As HR Services Coordinator for WWF UK , you will play your part in the fight for our planet by ensuring that our HR team delivers a responsive service to our customers – the people who currently work for us and the ones that would like to As the first point of contact for routine HR enquiries, you will help create the right impression of the HR team and the organisation. You will become an expert user of our HR system and will help us to identify continuous improvement opportunities for our HR system and processes. You will also support employee engagement and retention , with the opportunity to participate in different people projects such as reward and recognition and wellbeing programmes.

For this role you must have previously used an HR database, preferably iTrent, and be proficient in MS Office. You will also be skilled in written and verbal communication, relationship building and team working skills . Naturally, you will be passionate about helping to bring about a world where people and nature can thrive.
