We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales team focusing on contract placements. The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for sales leadership within the recruitment industry, this could be demonstrated through specific experience or through your demonstrated potential. Proven track record of sales management within the staffing industry
Coaching and personal development
Develop and implement hiring and development plans to build a high performing recruitment team.
Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide ongoing development via coaching and training.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
Reporting and Analysis:
Lead and manage the contractor book (with responsibility for metrics such as contract margin, length, extensions and expansion).
Take ownership of sales performance within the senior management team.
Over 70% have 5+ year's experience in the Recruitment Industry
Over 50% have 8+ year's experience in the Recruitment Industry
