Job Title: Director - Data Recruitment

Maximum ManagementFrazer Jones USA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director - Data Recruitment to lead our recruitment and training operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Innovate and implement effective recruitment, induction, and training strategies and processes
  • Focus on recruitment and retention, utilizing data and metrics for workforce planning
  • Provide coaching and guidance on successfully running recruitment/assessment/testing centres
  • Lead the analysis of agency use and develop strategies for improvement
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure excellent communication
  • Travel to various sites across North London as required
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in recruitment and training leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to travel to various sites across North London

Please note that this is a 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension. We look forward to hearing from you.
