Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and group support to secondary-aged students with PMLD, assisting with learning and daily tasks. Offer personal care, including assistance with toileting and feeding, while ensuring the dignity and well-being of each student. Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement personalised education plans (EHCPs) and manage behaviour effectively.
