Our client is a very successful independent estate agents who are looking to add an experienced Sales Negotiator to their very busy Burton sales team
We are looking for a Sales Negotiator who has drive, motivation, a go getter attitude and a real passion for property who can contribute towards team achievements
This role will be predominantly office based with the occasional need to cover a viewing in the absence of the accompanied viewers for all property viewings
Liaising with vendors and potential purchasers to secure a sale
Up selling other services including mortgage appointments and solicitors
Ensuring all parties are kept up to date through the whole sales process
Driving up market share through providing high quality customer service
12 months residential sales negotiating experience
~ Driving license essential
