We are currently looking to recruit a business support administrator, with a strong sense of person-centred practice who can use their experience to work in our Local Authority Continuing Healthcare hub in Dorset. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their effective and appropriate approaches to business support in the field of Continuing Healthcare across a range of people with complex, intense or unpredictable needs.
This is a part time role at 23 hours per week and the salary advertised is pro rata to reflect this.

You will need to be confident with Microsoft 360 suite of systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and use databases well to ensure accurate records are made for our residents.
being able to demonstrate tact, sensitivity and good use of language (both written and oral) when addressing both public and professionals. Relevant understanding of National Frameworks relating to Continuing Healthcare are an advantage in this role, but training will be provided. This role is designed to be flexible and is part of a specialist team, where travelling may be required to fulfil the duties of the role.
The role is based in provisionally based in Dorchester, but this can be flexible and open to negotiation.
