We are now looking for a Chief People and Culture Officer to join the leadership team and help us achieve that mission. Talent Acquisition and Management:

Lead the design and implementation of development and training programmes - ensuring we develop our team at all levels

Establish a consistent and effective performance evaluation processes
Drive a culture of continuous feedback and performance improvement
Implement a rewards and recognition programme that aligns with company values
Compensation and Benefits:
Implement a pay review process in line with our values
Design salary benchmarking, compensation programmes and benefits
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance with relevant labour laws

Experienced in building and owning people strategies from the ground up
