THE JOB: The successful Territory Sales Manager will be working within hospital environments (NHS & Private) selling surgical instruments, devices and camera systems within a sports medicine portfolio. Typical decision makers will be surgeons, theatre staff, and procurement.

You will be field based 5 days per week and in theatre daily. This territory has lots of existing business so you can hit the ground running. High quality products with a fast sales cycle You will spent a lot of time on the east side of London.

Full product training will be provided, career and earning prospects are very attractive

THE COMPANY: A global medical technology company. They design superior medical devices to improve patient outcomes, working with renowned surgeons and physicians who share their passion for tech innovation. Specialising in a range of surgical specialities, they are currently recruiting for a sports medicine sales rep. The portfolio includes a range of fixation and repair devices, implants, plating systems, sutures, soft tissue reconstruction and surgical access for minimally invasive procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have NHS based surgical/sports medicine/orthopaedic related background i.e. physiotherapy/occupational therapy/ODP or sales rep
  • Motivated to be in theatre daily
  • Strong relationship builder that can identify sales opportunities
  • Full driving licence

The Package for Territory Sales Manager:

  • Basic: £45,000 to £65,000 depending on experience
  • Bonus: £25,000+ uncapped
  • Car or £550 monthly allowance
  • Healthcare, pension, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday + BH
