We are actively recruiting for an experienced field sales professional to represent Brady and grow the South East & London territory. You will enjoy ‘adding value’ to customers and your prior experience will have seen you selling a solution.

If you have a consultative approach and the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs coupled with a proven track record of success in meeting sales targets then this role could be perfect for you

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets for their territory
  • Demonstrate Brady products and capabilities to end-users and distributors
  • To follow up Brady generated leads quickly and efficiently
  • Actively prospect and develop new opportunities in your territory
  • Work with the Business Development Managers (BDM’s) on their vertical market focus plans, competition capability and identifying gaps within the product portfolio
  • Support the sales teams at distributor training and trade show events
  • Prepare commercial quotations and respond to tender requests
  • Leverage solutions with specific partners
Profile

To be successfull in this role you will:

  • Be able to demonstrate success in B2B sales with proficiency in consultative selling, negotiation and closing deals
  • Be skilled in strategically managing and expanding sales territories, including prospecting, lead generation and customer retention
  • Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders and internal teams
  • Proficient in analysizing market trends
  • Familiarity with CRM software e.g. salesforce
  • Hold a Bachelors degree in business or related field or be qualified by experience
  • Relevent sales training is a plus
  • You will need to be wiling to travel within your territory so a valid drivers licence is an essential.
