Vi söker nu flera systemspecialister till vårt Customer Support team som är riktigt duktiga på SQL och kommer bistå våra kunder med support och affärslösningar i vårt egenutvecklade affärssystem, Lumera Core.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

Som systemspecialist är du expert på försäkringens alla stadier och kan förstå samt hjälpa våra kunder med att ta fram temporära lösningar för att avhjälpa problem i produkten. I rollen är du kundens stöd i produktproblem och lösningar, avseende dess användning.

Du arbetar på daglig basis med problemlösning, främst i SQL, i vårt affärssystem och du kommer att skapa dig en djup förståelse av försäkringens administrationsperspektiv. Som systemspecialist på Lumera ingår du i ett team och avhjälper de problem som kundernas handläggare har inom de applikationsområden teamet ansvarar för. Rollen innebär även fokus på en kund, där man möts i forum för att diskutera produktionsrelaterade frågor. Du kommer att arbeta med de senaste versionerna av vårt system och kommer bli väl insatt i hur det integrerar med övriga system hos kunden.

I rollen som systemspecialist mottar du och svarar på frågor i en första instans för support, och levererar lösningar på anmälda fel.

Vi söker dig som har

  • Stort intresse av att arbeta med businessupport i ett affärssystem
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet och goda kunskaper i att skapa och förvalta script i Microsoft T-SQL
  • God vana att arbeta och navigera i Windows servermiljö
  • Du är flytande i svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift
  • Eftergymnasial utbildning inom relevant område
  • Examinerats våren 2023 eller har lång erfarenhet i liknande roller.
  • Det är starkt meriterande med erfarenhet av support i ett affärssystem och/eller erfarenhet av livförsäkringsbranschen.

Vi söker dig som älskar att ta dig an komplexa problem och inser vikten av att tillsammans vrida och vända på varje lösningsförslag till den mest långsiktigt hållbara lösningen utkristalliseras. Du är mån om att skapa öppna och genuina relationer till kunder och kollegor, och har förmågan att kommunicera på ett strukturerat sätt i tal och skrift.
