About the position

If you are hands on in nature, financially aware, have effective communications skills and are passionate about building teams which are focused on ensuring every customer has a great experience, then we would like to talk to you about our General Sales Manager position. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the key success drivers essential to deliver consistently strong results in terms of business growth, net profit and cost control, together with high levels of employee and customer satisfaction.

About our requirements

You will be hands on in nature, financially aware, have effective communication skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to negotiate at all levels as well as being able to demonstrate key leadership abilities in terms of communication, coaching and performance management.
