Junior Doctor

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Doctor to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Junior Doctor, you will work alongside senior physicians and medical staff in the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care and treatment to patients under the supervision of senior physicians
- Conduct physical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and prescribe appropriate treatments
- Assist in the planning and implementation of patient care plans
- Monitor patients’ conditions and provide ongoing medical support
- Perform minor surgical procedures and assist in major surgical procedures
- Record and maintain accurate patient medical histories, progress notes, and other medical documentation
- Participate in training and educational programs as required
- Adhere to hospital/clinic policies and procedures, including infection control measures
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure ethical medical practices are followed
Requirements:
- Medical degree from a recognized institution
- Completion of a residency program
- Valid medical license
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare technologies is preferred
