You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fulfilment process and maintaining accurate supplier and product data within our company systems. Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the purchase order process for your assigned supplier category.
  • Ensure timely and accurate loading and maintenance of supplier and product data across various systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Supply Chain Manager, Expediter, and other internal teams.
  • Oversee the entire purchase order process, from creation to delivery.
  • Manage communication with suppliers regarding purchase orders, ensuring acknowledgements, addressing discrepancies, and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier and product information within company systems.
  • Monitor and expedite purchase orders as needed to maintain high service levels.
  • Track and report on product and supplier performance, including managing rebates.
  • Manage the introduction of new products and suppliers according to established procedures.
  • Prepare data and reports for supplier reviews and negotiations.
