Are you looking for a role that has clear pathways into management? Do you want to make a lasting difference to the lives of children and young people? - if you've answered 'yes' - you are exactly what we need. Imagine being a significant, long-lasting influence in a child's life - a beacon of hope and stability. You must: Have your NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare. Have at least 2 year's experiences within Residential Childcare and working alongside young people. Be 22 years old or above to apply as per children's homes regulations. Earn up to £3,250 by recommending a foster carer or up to £1,000 by recommending a full-time staff member.
