We are currently seeking a Senior Vice President for our UK & Northern Europe Hotel Value & Risk Advisory business line. This is a permanent, full time position based in London.
Therefore, the appointment of a Senior Vice President within the thriving United Kingdom Hotel market is a pivotal step. They will be accountable for owning client account management and driving valuation advisory business development both within the United Kingdom and Northern Europe, however ideally connecting with the wider European teams also.
The focus for this individual will be to provide valuation and strategic advice on a wide range of assets (such as single asset limited service to luxury hotels, portfolios and fixed income), however generally with more of a focus on the premium side of the market.
The team sits within the wider EMEA Operational Real Estate Value & Risk Advisory team, and this specific role will report into the Head of UK & Northern Europe.
Participating in creating and executing the strategic plan for the United Kingdom & Northern Europe Hotel Value & Risk Advisory team, which extends from the wider EMEA strategy.
~ Undertaking valuations and strategic advisory assignments for both single assets and cross-border portfolios in the broader EMEA region.
~ Managing the coordination of assignments from start to finish and day to day management of more junior members of the team to ensure that work is delivered on-time to an excellent standard.
~ Acting as a trusted advisor to key clients and building on top of an already established strong personal network and taking an active role in the team’s Client Relationship Management strategies.
~ Identifying areas of growth and development in the technology and data strategy, and keen interest in always improving and developing our efficiencies and delivery capabilities.
~ Actively contributing in the EMEA Hotels leadership forum, working on cross-divisional projects and identifying ways to cross-sell other services offered.

Ability to work independently as a national team lead and as part of an EMEA team (depending on project scale) with minimal supervision.
Excellent leadership and management skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills facilitating key stakeholder management – from clients to people within the team and the wider business.
Excellent financial modelling and report writing skills.
Ability and willingness to travel throughout Europe essential.
European language skills, experience in Salesforce, data analytics, and/or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
