Role: Facilities Manager
Are you looking for your next Facilities Management role where you're able to deliver a great facilities service within a genuinely rewarding and fulfilling setting?
Based in Newton-le-Willows and looking after a specialist single-site school, you'll be providing that quality FM service in an organisation who have devoted themselves to the education and development of autistic young people for over 50 years. Day to day, you'll lead the operation by supporting the Projects and Facilities Manager with premises development and site management, creating a safe space for students, staff and visitors. Leading and managing a small team (domestic and maintenance operatives)
Who are we looking for?: You're a skilled and committed Facilities Manager with the ability to lead from a distance, empowering and enabling your team, giving you the opportunity to focus on helping our client achieve their mission.
We'd love to speak with you if you've worked in similar settings previously, however we're open to whatever industry you may have worked in before - it's just as important that you have a positive work ethic, great people skills and the ability to be reactive and flexible.
A driving licence with access to your own vehicle and a full DBS check is essential for this role.
Monday to Friday, 37.22 days holiday, plus bank holidays
