Construction - Building Contractor

My client is a well-established building contractor based in Oswestry, providing expert building services to clients across various projects. Their commitment to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction makes them a preferred partner for construction solutions.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality services to clients.

Quantity Surveying: Undertake quantity surveying duties, including measurement, cost estimating and cost planning.
Contract Management: Assist in the administration and management of various construction contracts, ensuring compliance and adherence to contractual terms.
Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide recommendations to clients for cost-effective solutions.
Prepare accurate and timely cost reports, including cost forecasting, valuations, and final accounts.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a point of contact for project-related discussions and queries.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other team members, including senior quantity surveyors and other quantity surveyors, to achieve project objectives.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices, ensuring that projects comply with legal and regulatory requirements.BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Experience working on similar projects between £5m and £20m would be ideal.
1 + years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role.Proven success working on a variety of construction projects.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Knowledge of construction contracts (JCT/NEC)Benefits:
