Quantity Surveyor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the success of our clients' projects, working on new build and refurbishment projects within the education and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage budgets and valuations for projects
  • Acquire sub-contractors and materials
  • Arrange valuation reports and provide support to the commercial and site teams
  • Run multiple complex projects, requiring high organizational skills
Requirements:
  • Quantity Surveying background working on new build commercial projects
  • Experience in construction and project management
  • Excellent communication and management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
