Job Description

  • Designing, Managing and Building the Order - Cash process from a customer experience perspective
  • Ensuring high-quality customer service
  • Resolving complex customer complaints and queries
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring and analysing team performance
  • Implementing improvements in customer service processes
  • Managing and handling customer service tools and platforms
  • Reporting on customer service metrics and KPIs
  • Being the 'No 1' SAP superuser for the Customer side of the platform

The Successful Applicant

A successful UK Customer Service Lead should have:

  • Proven leadership skills in a customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the FMCG industry
