Our skilled Technicians, Mechanics, Fabricators and Engineers work together every step of the way to design, build and run elite competition cars on the track and off-road across the globe.
We are looking for a Control Systems Engineer to assist with maintaining reliability and improving performance, supporting operational activities across all our Motorsport Programmes and the development of new data and software systems. Manage electronic system specification and software updates for all Prodrive Motorsport products (including but not limited AMR GT3, GT4, BRX)
Work with championship organisers to forecast electrical and electronic changes required to maintain Prodrive Motorsport’s products adherence to regulations at all times
Develop Prodrive motorsport products across all programs and proactively assist with all aspects of in-vehicle supporting and troubleshooting (i.e. garage and factory) electronic systems
You will be competent in IT support and development (General MS Windows support including networking, plus MS Office suite including Excel+VBA. Programming languages such as, Python, C, C# and .NET appreciated)
A strong understanding various communication protocols such as CAN, LIN & Ethernet, and ability to troubleshoot existing buses and networks
Experience in motorsport control systems, data loggers and related software
Experience in unit testing, Software in the loop and hardware in the loop highly appreciated
