Business Development Executive x 2 - Solihull

Field based after probation - £30k basic/OTE £60k+

Facilities management experience required.If you have sold to or worked in facilities management then we may have the ideal role for you.

An International Consultancy & Training Company that specialises in Engineering, Maintenance, Mechanical and Facilities Management are seeking a Business Development Executive with strong interpersonal and presentation skills to join their team.

Typical day to day:

Developing a pipeline of new business
Respond to a large amount of inbound enquiries
Managing and supporting existing accounts
Supporting marketing campaigns alongside Marketing
Attending exhibitions
Generating leads and using initiative
Completing and following up customer feedback surveys
Compiling proposals and delivering presentations to Clients
Who/what are we looking for?

Experience working in facilities management or have sold to facilities
Previous experience working in a similar Business Development role
Strong track record of achievement
Good MS Office skills
