Position Overview -

As a HR Business Partner focused on Learning & Development (L&D), where you'll drive the execution of training initiatives and play a pivotal role in shaping our organisation's talent development strategy. Your primary responsibility will be the design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive training programmes tailored to our diverse workforce. With a focus on execution, you'll collaborate with business leaders to identify training needs, develop learning solutions, and ensure successful delivery across all levels and functions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an HR generalist with exposure to L&D who is eager to grow into a specialised role.

Main Tasks -

  • Lead the execution of training initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee development needs.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify training gaps and design targeted learning solutions to address them effectively.
  • Drive the implementation of training programmes, overseeing all aspects from planning to delivery, and evaluating effectiveness.
  • Utilise HR software tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, to support training execution and track employee development progress.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic input in developing learning strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Champion topics such as employee development, engagement, diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing through training initiatives.
  • Oversee one direct report within the HR team, providing guidance and support in executing training programmes effectively.
Skills Required - 
  • Strong execution-focused mindset with a track record of successfully implementing training programmes.
  • Previous experience in HR with exposure to learning and development initiatives.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders to identify training needs and design tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in HR software tools and technology platforms, with the ability to leverage them for training execution and tracking.
  • Passion for employee development and engagement, with a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach, with a desire to grow and develop in the L&D field.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organisational Development, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with exposure to learning and development initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute training programmes effectively, from planning to delivery and evaluation.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in professional services or a similar industry is advantageous.
