As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring exceptional service delivery that meets the needs of both property buyers and sellers. Your primary duties include managing and motivating a team of estate agents to achieve sales targets, developing business strategies to enhance market presence, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also be tasked with managing budgets, driving marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations. Your leadership will be crucial in setting the tone and culture of the office, promoting a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all real estate activities.
At least 3 years experience as a Senior Valuer or Manager within Real Estate.
Full and Clean UK Driving License.
Demonstrates exceptional sales acumen.
Professional phone etiquette and a positive demeanor.
