If you do, then Orchard Care Homes have an exciting new opportunity for us as a Clinical Training Facilitator.

We are looking for a NMC registered professional to join us as a Academy Partner. Witha passion for providing training, you will join our established internal team, delivering our engaging training and coaching content for colleagues across our 23 Care Homes including First Aid at Work, Clinical Skills, and our career development programmes.

Orchard Care Homes has been providing care for older people for over 15 years. We are committed to our vision to be known and trusted as the best provider of person centred and specialist care for older people, including the care of families, within the sector.

Required:
• NMC registered nurse
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience of working within a care environment
• Experience of clinical and care training
• Flexible and able to adapt in a fast moving and dynamic workplace

Desirable:
• Experience with electronic care records
• Experience with electronic medication administration records
• Experience delivering Aid at Work, Moving and Positioning, Fire Safety and Health and Safety training
• A teaching or mentoring qualification e.g., Level 3 Award in Education & Training – or equivalent
