We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Midwife to join our team at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust. As a midwife, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, personalized care to expectant mothers and their families throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the needs of women, partners, families, and carers, and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Provide full antenatal care, including parenting classes, clinical examinations, and screening, to ensure the best possible outcomes for mothers and babies.
  • Identify high-risk pregnancies and develop strategies to mitigate potential complications.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support for women and their families.
  • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and stay up-to-date with current nursing practices.

Requirements
  • Degree / Diploma in Nursing.
  • Copy of Neonatal Rhesus and CTG training certificates.
  • Statement of NMC Registration.
