Midwife Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Midwife to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited. As a Midwife, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to expectant mothers and their families throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of women, partners, families, and carers
• Plan, deliver, and evaluate standards of evidence-based midwifery care
• Provide full antenatal care, including parenting classes, clinical examinations, and screening
• Identify high-risk pregnancies

Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 12 months paid experience as a Midwife within the last 2 years, a Statement of NMC Registration, and a Degree/Diploma in Nursing. You will also need to have completed Neonatal Rhesus and CTG training certificates.
