Health and Safety Advisor Power Networks, Transmission & Distribution High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire and Basildon, Essex 2 months+ contract £340 per day outside IR35 (with travel within the rate) Job Ref: J(phone number removed) Our client is a leading organistion that provides solutions to customers across the UK. They work in the high voltage sector, so you will be ideally exposed in that and need to keep people safe You will be:

  • Provide guidance and support to the business in all areas of health, safety & Environmental.
  • Supporting the drive and increased engagement and interaction across the business.
  • Work to continuously improve standards.
  • The production, review, and update of RAMS.
  • Carry out and record regular audit inspections to check compliance with policies.
  • Proposing necessary changes to working practices.
  • Conduct company inductions ensuring new starters are fully informed regarding HSE.
  • Monitor waste transfer management ensuring customers' needs are met.
  • Promote health and safety within the workplace.
You will have:
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent is essential.
  • Demonstrable experience ideally within a health and safety environment.
  • Confident with communicating via telephone, face-to-face and email.
  • Competent in Microsoft applications.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient and tenacious in approach to work.
  • Full UK Driving License
