As a Project Coordinator at our client, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for facilitating communication, coordinating resources, and ensuring project timelines and objectives are met efficiently.

Project Planning and Scheduling:

* Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

* Assist in the creation and maintenance of project schedules using project management software.

* Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues, proactively implementing solutions to keep projects on track.

Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, facilitating effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

* Organize and lead regular project meetings, documenting action items, decisions, and follow-ups.

* Ensure timely dissemination of project information, updates, and documentation to relevant stakeholders.

Resource Management:

* Coordinate the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, in alignment with project requirements and budget constraints.

* Quality Control and Assurance:

* Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control processes to ensure adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

* Conduct periodic inspections and audits to assess project quality and identify areas for improvement.

Risk Management:

* Identify potential risks and hazards associated with project activities, environments, or stakeholders.

* Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize the impact of unforeseen events on project delivery.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders.

* Generate regular progress reports, status updates, and performance metrics for internal review and client communication.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
