HR and Organisational Development Business Partner
Permanent Contract
£Full Time - 37 Hours
As a senior member of our generalist HR & OD team, you will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with Council objectives and providing comprehensive HR partnering support to our managers. This is a full-time position, but we also welcome applications from those wishing to work part-time or job share.

Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel and Development; Experience at a senior advisory level, providing professional advice and coaching on employment legislation, employee relations issues and a range of people practices (including recruitment, performance management and development, sickness absence).
Change management experience covering design, consultation and implementation, and ability to coach, engage and support multiple stakeholders.
