Leading the commercial relationships between Cunard and a specific group of travel agent partners, you'll develop strong, profitable connections, shaping our trading and investment strategies through collaborative Joint Business Plans. You'll drive our engagement with these agents, representing Cunard and championing our brand.
Own the commercial relationship with a portfolio of Development travel agent partners.
•Lead day to day interaction with these trade partners and build effective relationships across all areas of their business.
•Define annual business plans that reflect opportunities for both Cunard and the travel agent.
•Develop annual marketing and investment plans, ensuring effective ROI for Cunard and customer acquisition for the travel agent.
•Execute and deliver agent activity linked to period campaigns and promotion
Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK07 and is offered on a full time, permanent basis, with hybrid working in our Southampton office, a minimum of 3 days per week.
Fresh ideas and different perspectives are what excite us most and help us to succeed. Excellent communication skills with the ability to plan strategically whilst identifying commercial opportunities and realising potential and building effective relationships
•Budget management experience and knowledge of the UK travel trade will be highly advantageous

The Cunard Sales and Marketing team are instrumental in the success of Cunard and our aim to be the benchmark of luxury travel. Our marketing teams maximize opportunity and create focused, meaningful communications that help to grow existing audiences as well as appealing to new ones. We have experts across advertising, CRM, brand, PR, digital, loyalty and the creative studio who work together collaboratively to create unforgettable holiday happiness. Our teams also manage sales communications, systems, and events to provide the best tools and support, ensuring that our travel trade partners are at the centre of all that we do. In addition to supporting travel agents, the sales team provide support to a team of ship based sales managers and work with third parties to find new routes to market for our brand.
