The Role

We are working with a long-standing client who is looking for someone, whose day-to-day position would involve leading a team of professionals responsible for the delivery of online courses. This individual would be responsible for managing key partner accounts and the delivery of courses under those partners, in addition to managing the delivery and building in-house. The position is very commercially driven, so it is absolutely essential that this individual has the commercial expertise and experience in budget management and financial planning, which ultimately will help our client achieve mid-year and annual commercial targets.

As well as showing a keen eye for the commerciality of learning programs, these are some of the key skills we have outlined for the position:

  1. Good financial acumen and being commercially astute
  2. Strong experience across strategic operations and successful delivery of products to consumers
  3. Strong stakeholder management
  4. Confident drawing information from different data streams to help inform business decisions
  5. Strong Project / Programme Management
  6. Ed tech background would be beneficial. Failing that, experience within Higher Education or Luxury brands within a similar space
