Working as a Customer Services Advisor:


The role of Customer Service Advisor is super-fast-paced - you need to be able to think on your feet and you should enjoy a varied and exciting role, where no two days are the same. You will be required to manage contact through various channels, including telephone calls, web chat and social media platforms, so your grasp of spoken and written English should be very good.


Resolving customer issues and queries will see you dealing with other departments across the business, including the local stores, couriers & delivery drivers and also the big warehouse to provide your customer with full updates as and when anything changes.





The Key Responsibilities for our Customer Service Advisors :
Provide customers with the highest standards of Customer Service
Take ownership of customer contacts and complaints and liaise with various departments, creating rapport with Store management and other departmental functions to reach best resolutions and through that, actively promote best practice.
As we have mentioned, you will need to have an excellent standard of written and spoken English.
Previous Customer Service experience in an office-based environment is required for this role.
IT and Computer literate is essential for this position.
