Job Title: Telesales Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Telesales Advisor to join our Sales and Marketing Team in Alfreton. As a Telesales Advisor, you will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries, advising customers on products and services, and maintaining a good relationship with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take in-bound enquiries from all sources
  • Advise customers on products and services that best suit their needs
  • Maintain a good relationship with existing customers and develop new business opportunities
  • Be cross-trained across all areas of the sales function
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge through self-study and supported development
  • Ensure customers are advised considerately through the decision-making process
  • Update the database/CRM with customer records
  • Contact potential customers to arrange appointments
  • Resolve sales-related issues with customers
  • Provide basic technical assistance to customers
Requirements:
  • Effective questioning and listening skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work to agreed processes and procedures
  • Consistency and a positive attitude
  • Call centre, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage
