Are you a recent graduate passionate about psychology and eager to gain invaluable hands-on experience working with students facing Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges?
We are currently seeking dedicated Psychology Graduates to join our team as Learning Support Assistants. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored assistance to students navigating SEMH difficulties, offering both one-on-one support and facilitating small group activities. The setting is an alternative provision for students disengaged from mainstream education, students come from diverse backgrounds and need extra support within the classroom setting.
Practical Experience: Harness your academic background in psychology to enact meaningful change. Professional Development: As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll benefit from ongoing training and development initiatives, enabling you to broaden your skill set and deepen your understanding of SEMH support and postitive behaviour management strategies.
