We are currently seeking dedicated Psychology Graduates to join our team as Learning Support Assistants. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored assistance to students navigating SEMH difficulties, offering both one-on-one support and facilitating small group activities. The setting is an alternative provision for students disengaged from mainstream education, students come from diverse backgrounds and need extra support within the classroom setting.
