Our client is a market leader in the serviced accommodation sector. They need a Netherlands based Market Manager, covering the Benelux region. You must be fluent in English, Dutch and German.

This is an exciting role with a triple remit: business development, account management and property partner development. You will identify, pursue and close new business leads, manage existing key clients and represent our client across Northern Europe. You will need to balance strategy with execution, think big, yet immerse yourself in enough data and insight to drive profitable, business revenue growth, performance and standards. This role works in coordination with the wider global team.

Skills and experience:

  • New business development experience
  • B2B serviced apartment or hotel background experience is essential.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the industry
  • Experience of raising the profile of an emerging company
  • Strong customer relationship building
  • Fluent English, German and Dutch speaker
  • Good negotiation and conversion experience
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Proficient networker
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to start from the ground up
