Dometic UK Ltd are looking to recruit a key member of their management Team – our Aftermarket Sales Manager; the purpose of this role is to drive and manage sales and the Sales Team to achieve outstanding sales results for the aftermarket programme of Dometic products in the UK.

This position is a combination of field and office based (at our offices in Blandford, Dorset). Daily travel and in person presence is an ongoing expectation of the successful candidate.

Responsible for P&L of the vehicle aftermarket sales in the UK.
Responsible for driving sales revenue and results in area of responsibility.
Responsible for the UK aftermarket sales team.
Implementation of business plans, creating channel management, competitor analysis and sales campaigns.
At least 7 years of senior sales management experience
Competent experience in the management of field sales Teams
Effective knowledge of relevant vehicle sales and aftermarket industries
