Are you creative, organised and driven with an eye for attention to detail? Do you want to gain more experience working in activities and events? We’re looking for an approachable, organised and detail-orientated person to take on the role of Activities Coordinator for EF in Summer 2024. In this role, you’ll be assisting in the planning and delivery of our summer activities, events and excursions
You will be responsible for ensuring all of our activities are of the highest quality and some of your duties will include the following:
Enhancing events and activities
Promoting events across all EF sites
Assisting with the management of stock and branding
Delivering event and activity briefings to Activity Leaders
You’ll also be working with our summer Activity Leaders and Teachers, taking care of staff welfare and light HR duties
After a summer of working as an EF Activities Coordinator, you will enhance your management skills and experience by working with an international team. The international surroundings will fine tune your communication skills as well as organisational and planning skills.
An enthusiastic and organised person who loves to get creative and add the magic touch to our activities
A team player who is conscious about a strong work ethic and culture
