We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our welcoming and supportive team as soon as possible. This role is ideal for someone with a background in HR who understands the employee lifecycle and is proficient with the Microsoft Office suite. The position is temporary and offers a hybrid working model, with initial office days required for training and onboarding.

Day-to-day of the role:
• Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases with high attention to detail.
• Edit and generate reports using Microsoft Office tools, including tasks such as filtering, deleting, and adding columns.
• Handle a high volume of HR-related administrative tasks efficiently without being overwhelmed.
• Support various HR functions and lifecycle processes.
• Collaborate with the HR team to provide excellent service to employees across the organisation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience working in an HR environment.
• Familiarity with the employee lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel for report editing.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of work.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
