Responsibilities:

Process Automation:

  • Work with vendors to define requirements for implementing functionalities to automate company tasks (e.g., new employee registration).
  • Manage and maintain a centralized tool for all Project management and Company administration tasks, including:
    • Employee details management
    • Access control
    • Asset management (including Sage database)
    • Issue ticketing system.
    • Training portal management (including login details)

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
  • Experience troubleshooting and fixing hardware issues (laptops, printers, scanners).
  • Proficiency in IT administration tasks, including:
    • User account management
    • Access control and permissions
    • System configuration and maintenance
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal staff, addressing technical inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service focus with a commitment to providing exceptional support.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to a changing environment.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with specific Project Management or company administration tools (e.g., name specific tool if applicable ).
  • Knowledge of Sage database management.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages.
