As a key sales role within the team, the Retail Business Development Manager will have a pivotal role within HSO bringing industry focus, promoting the full range of services offered by HSO, across all of Retail Sector. Sales Director
To identify Retail organisations that may be potential prospects for HSO, generating new business through sales and marketing activities as required
To develop account and opportunity plans, and manage own pipeline
Account management and sales planning for new and existing customers
Manage full end to end sales cycle, with support from other teams across HSO as required
Maintain a current and accurate view of new business and recurring opportunity pipeline in the CRM System
To liaise closely with the internal Marketing team, external Marketing agencies and Microsoft resources
To liaise with business partners and attendance at conference exhibitions as required
Excellent communication skills both on the telephone and face to face.
Planning and organising
Flexible
Ambitious both for personal development, and the success of HSO.
Understanding of and/or experience in a sales or business environment
Good English language skills both written and spoken
Knowledge and experience working with Retail Sector
Consultative sales approach to business challenges
