Role Overview:

As an Electronics Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing electronic circuits and systems, with a specific focus on power electronics. Your responsibilities will encompass the following:

Utilize Altium design software to create detailed schematic designs and PCB layouts. Your expertise in this area will be essential for ensuring the successful implementation of electronic components
Prepare comprehensive manufacturing documentation, including detailed instructions, specifications, and guidelines. This documentation will guide the production process and ensure consistency and quality
Conduct thorough design reviews to verify compliance with industry standards. You'll assess adherence to critical norms such as IPC, ISO, REG10, and CISPR25
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and quality assurance professional
Leverage your experience to perform rigorous electrical design verification tests. These tests will evaluate the design against specified requirements, considering factors such as worst-case tolerance, stress calculations, temperature effects, and safety regulations
Develop comprehensive test plans and procedures for verifying and validating electronic designs. Your attention to detail and systematic approach will ensure robust and reliable productsSkills and experience required:

Demonstrated ability to design and develop electronic products or components
Skilled in using Altium design software for schematic capture and PCB layout
A solid background in designing electronic products, particularly with a focus on power electronics
Familiarity with tools such as SPICE or MATLAB/Simulink for modelling and analysing electronic circuits.
EMC and Power/Signal Integrity: Good understanding of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) principles and power/signal integrity considerations
Experience in conducting thorough electrical design verification tests
